- Having experienced great success in recent years they are keen to develop there Customer Service / Export team by recruiting an adaptable and hardworking individual to support this busy department
The Role
In this newly developed team you will be given an excellent opportunity to carve out an interesting and rewarding role.
Key duties will include:
- Producing quotes and documents relating to shipments overseas Handling import invoices including VAT and freight charges
- Liaising with logistics companies to expedite the movement of material / products
- Sales Order progressing
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A proven background with import / export and or sales administration is excellent
- A solid educational background you will have excellent written and verbal skills
- A can do attitude you will thrive in working in a busy, ever changing environment
- High level of IT literacy
- You should be able to confidently use all the packages in MS Office
