Our client is looking for a Senior Case Executive to head their Contested Litigation Referral Team.
The candidate will be responsible for the management of a team of experienced staff dealing with mainly commercial contentious litigation work.
The work will consist of small claims, fast track and some multi track litigation.
The candidate should have a 5 years contentious litigation experience along with some management and or supervisory experience.
The candidate will be required to handle their own caseload but also work as a mentor/technical specialist who also feels confident and comfortable in coaching other more junior members.
The candidate will be required to delegate work within the team to ensure the best use of the team skills. The candidate will be required to manage and motivate the team and liaise with client's to ensure that service standards are maintained at all times.

Good organisational skills. Able to manage a high volume of work to tight deadlines good diary organisation and management is an essential skill.
Must be able to work effectively within a team.
Able to handle demanding, expert clients appropriately.
